SMTPer provide you an online page to test your SMTP host server.

the default port of a smtp server is 25, but some smtp server use a custom port (exemple: 587) |
| Require authentication: |
most of smtp server need an authentication (login/password). Check it if it is the case |
| Login: |
required if 'Require authentication' is checked (exemple: your_address@gmail.com) |
| Password: |
required if 'Require authentication' is checked |
| Require Secured Connection: |
if the smtp server need a secured authentication connection (ssl), you should checked it |
| Email from: |
the sender's email address (exemple: your_address@gmail.com) |
| Email to: |
very important : the test mail will be sent to this address (exemple: your_address@gmail.com) |
